Now in its sixth year, the event is dedicated to empowering women safety professionals and inspiring the next generation of leaders. This year’s summit features a ground-breaking program exploring critical topics such as career advancement strategies, personal development, and workplace safety innovation.     What is it?

    Mentorship and peer-supported learning are key drivers of success. The Women in Safety Mentorship Network is a unique opportunity for women in safety to connect with mentors who can provide guidance, support, and inspiration. This network aims to foster professional growth, build strong relationships, and empower women to reach their full potential.

    By participating in the Women in Safety Mentorship Network, you can hear insights from experienced professionals, expand your network, accelerate your career through personalized guidance, and give back to the community by mentoring others.


    How to Get Involved?

    When you register for the event, indicate your role preference as a mentor or mentee. On the day of the Women in Safety Summit matching will be done through a speed-dating style mentorship matching activity. You'll have the opportunity to meet potential mentors and mentees and find the perfect match.
